ENTRY CRITERIA

All award entries must be completed online at www.lbpawards.com by midnight on the 19th January 2025.

ENTRY RULES

You can enter one product into three different categories if you wish.

If you wish to enter a product into the ‘Special Award’ category it will need to be on a separate form and incurs a separate entry fee of £275. If you need any guidance or advice, please do not hesitate to contact us at: awards@lovedbyparents.com

Each entry into a  ‘Lovedbyparents Best Buy’ award must be completed on a separate entry form and requires a separate single fee. All Best Buy entries are judged on their own independent merit and will not take part in the full category testing against other submissions. Best Buy entries are judged against a set criteria put together by Lovedbyparents and Lovedbyparents decisions are final.

There is no limit to the amount of entries you can submit but each entry must have it’s own application form submitted through www.lbpawards.com

Products do not have to be currently available on the market but you must be able to submit a sample for testing.

Lovedbyparents reserve the right to move entries into different categories if they feel they would be better suited in another category.

Lovedbyparents reserve the right to cancel or merge categories if there are insufficient entries into various categories.

Please answer all questions on the entry form and provide a JPEG/PNG as requested.

All samples must reach us by the 5th February 2025. Any samples received after this date will be disqualified. Due to volume of submissions we receive we do not accept responsibility for lost items, so please ensure you track your package. It is up to you to ensure that your samples are sent and have arrived in time.

Once a product has been entered, paid for and a samples received, a shortlisted logo will be provided at no additional cost. 

There is no cost to win a Lovedbyparents award, but the licence to display our 2025 award on all packaging, correspondence, promotional and marketing materials, email signatures and (not limited to) social media artwork will incur a further cost of £550 PER AWARD, which is payable BEFORE the artwork for the award is issued. For all Platinum, Gold and Silver awards, a ‘Lovedbyparents Tried and Tested Logo’ will also be provided at no extra cost. This Lovedbyparents award licence does not expire and can be used across all mediums.

As a condition of entry you agree that no artwork must be used or created outside of what is provided by Lovedbyparents on any website, social platform or otherwise. If this does occur Lovedbyparents has the right to withdraw said award.

Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.  All unpaid entries will be disqualified.
You will be required to send 2 product samples. All samples are non-returnable.

Due to the number of submissions, no feedback will be available.

Lovedbyparents reserve the right to withdraw the use of a logo at one time for any reason as we deem necessary, including (but not limited to): inappropriate display of logo, defacing of logo (including adding words, icons and other graphics to the award logo) and non-payment of submission fee. 

Lovedbyparents decision is final.
